Commerce City voters cast ballots this year to determine six seats on the city council (Mayor, Ward II, Ward III, Ward IV, and two at-large representatives) and residents also decided ballot questions on the backyard keeping of chickens, ducks, and bees (3Q, 3R, and 3S), as well as ballot question 3T on modernizing publication of legal notices.
The results listed below are unofficial and subject to change as votes are still being tallied by the Adams County Clerk and Recorder’s Office. Unofficial results were last updated on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 4:54 p.m.

Adams County is expected to certify the 2023 election results within the next few weeks, except in the case of a recount. During an upcoming city council meeting (date TBD), the city will recognize outgoing council members and swear in incoming elected officials.
