Project Overview 

This project is proposed to change some of the existing lot lines and correlating zoning to make full use of the 153 acre site. Please see the images for existing and future site configuration. The proposal includes six different zone districts consisting of the following:

C-3: Regional Commercial
R-3: Multi-Family Residential
R-2: Single-Family Attached Residential
I-1: Light Intensity Industrial
I-2: Medium Intensity Industrial
PUBLIC: Public Zone

See below for a list of upcoming public hearing items and subdivision cases under review.  If you desire to comment on any particular application, please use the contact form below: 

  • Final Plat: S-821-24- Final Plat of 138.72 acre to create four lots and eight tracts from four existing tracts
  • Zone Change: Z23-0005- Rezone of approximately 64.88 acres from R-1 (Single-Family Detached Residential) to R-2 ( Single-Family Attached Residential)
  • Zone Change: Z23-0004- Rezone of a 5.25 ac. tract from Light Intensity Industrial District (I-1) to Regional Commercial District (C-3) and a 2.71 ac. tract from Single-Family Detached Residential District (R-1) to Light Intensity Industrial District (I-1).
  • Final Plat: S-821-22-24-Final plat of 13.07 acres from a tract to a lot
  • Development Plan: D-554-24-Development Plan for a 312-unit Multi-Family development
