Why are you running for council?

I have lived here most of my life. I graduated from Adams City as a homeowner and parent. I want to keep Commerce City a great place to work and raise a family.

What do you see as the three biggest opportunities for Commerce City?

1. Commerce City needs to unite and become one again. Water, Fire School and Metro Districts City and County Governments working together, supporting each other for a stronger community 
2. North, South East and West communities becoming one. 
3. Economics- Economic ecosystem, business new and old, small startups and large employers. 

What do you see as the three biggest challenges facing the city?

1. Stability-Our community needs access to housing, healthy food and water. 
2. Opportunity- Jobs and Wages. 
3. Safety-Police, Fire and Co-responder/mental health. 

What does a “Quality Community for a Lifetime” mean to you?

Quality for a lifetime defines a community. Our community must have quality housing, healthcare, recreation, transportation, low crime, education and retail. 

What is your favorite aspect of the city?

Convenience - Nothing is too far away to get too and we have great trails and parks.
