Join us on October 6, 2018, from 10 am to 4 pm for Art in the Derby, an art fair to celebrate the newly created Derby Art District and the Grand Opening of the Magnolia Street Art Space. There will be lots of things to see and do that will be fun for people of all ages! Some of the events planned include:
- 10:00 am ribbon cutting by city officials
- creative center for children (where they can create art projects to take home)
- 52' semi trailer/gallery (exhibit juried art for local high schools)
- Adams City Fire Truck and safety information
- Historical Society exhibit about the history of the Derby area
- food trucks
- DJ/music by Abe Ramirez
- 14 outdoor artist exhibitors
- 12 indoor artist exhibitors at Magnolia Street Art Space
- Additional Art on display within the Derby Studios building
- Grand Opening party
- free raffle and prizes for the public
- small cash awards for participating artists
