The city is holding a public input meeting for residents and local business to brainstorm ideas on how to use future funds provided to the city’s 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
The program receives federal funds for projects that benefit low- to moderate-income residents. The majority of the funding is to be spent on the core area of the city. Specific meeting topics include: housing needs, neighborhood improvements, economic development, fair housing, and public services. The meeting will also review the city’s previous Annual Action Plans and provide an update on their progress.
The meeting will be conducted in both English and Spanish. For more information, visit c3gov.com/CDBG or contact the CDBG Office at 303-289-8168 or csteinberg@c3gov.com.
