Pursuant to Section 4.22 of the Commerce City Charter, the mayor has requested that a special meeting of the City Council be held on March 13, 2020, at 5 p.m. at the Civic Center.

The purpose of the special meeting is to consider consent agenda items Resolution 2020-11, Resolution 2020-20, and Resolution 2020-28; administrative business items “Council Meeting Schedules,” “Directions on Potential Remote Participation Policies,” and “Renewal of Disaster Declaration;” and conclude with an executive session of the City Council and City staff, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(a,e) to discuss negotiating positions regarding the potential purchase of property. View the full meeting agenda

Citizen communication is not permitted at special meetings, so members of the public are STRONGLY encouraged to watch the meeting online at c3gov.com/video or on CCTV Channel 8 (HD 881) instead of coming to the civic center, which remains closed to the public for regular business.
