The city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is expected to receive an additional $220,000 from the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act to help the city deal with the effects of the public health crisis.
The city will host a virtual public input community meeting to obtain feedback from residents regarding community needs concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. The input will help the city determine how to use the new funds to benefit low-to-moderate income residents in the city. This interactive, virtual meeting will include a question and answer period.
