Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, city council meetings and study sessions are being held remotely using the Zoom video conferencing app. Public comment and official city actions only take place during regular meetings, not study sessions. The meeting will be shown live online at c3gov.com/video and on the local CCTV Channel 8 (HD channel 881).
