Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, city council meetings and study sessions are being held remotely using the Zoom video conferencing app. There is no physical meeting. Public comment and official city actions only take place during regular meetings, not study sessions. This meeting will be shown live online at c3gov.com/video and on the local CCTV Channel 8 (HD channel 881).

The city council meeting agenda is posted on the Legistar website no later than 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting.
