City Council meetings are being conducted in a hybrid format with council, staff, and presenters appearing in person. Members of the public can participate in meetings remotely using the Zoom videoconferencing app or watching the meetings live on CCTV Channel 8 (HD 881) or at c3gov.com/video.

Members of the public can register to comment live during the Zoom meeting or submit written comments in advance using the online form (or by mail). The deadline to register to comment live and/or submit written comments is noon on Monday, August 2. Live Spanish interpretation is available by phone. The city council meeting agenda is posted on the Legistar website no later than 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting.
