City Council meetings are being held in a hybrid format with council, staff, and presenters appearing in person. Members of the public can participate in citizen communication remotely using the Zoom videoconferencing app and watch meetings live on Channel 8 or at c3gov.com/video.
Members of the public can also submit written comments in advance OR register to comment live virtually during citizen communication via Zoom by noon on September 20.
The September 20 public hearing will be conducted entirely in person in the Council Chambers at the Commerce City Civic Center, 7887 E 60th Ave. In-person public access to council meetings is limited to those testifying at quasi-judicial public hearings (e.g. land use cases, etc.), who are required to testify in person by Resolution 2021-63. If you wish to testify at the public hearing, please register in advance with the City Clerk at dgibson@c3gov.com or 303-227-8791. The deadline to register to testify is noon on Monday, Sept. 20.
The city council meeting agenda is posted on the Legistar website no later than 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting.

Regular City Council meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month include public comment opportunities via Zoom. Study sessions on the second and fourth Mondays of each month are broadcast on Channel 8 and at c3gov.com/video. Public comment is not allowed at study sessions.
