City Council meetings are being conducted in a hybrid format with council, staff, and presenters appearing in person. Members of the public can participate in meetings remotely using the Zoom videoconferencing app or watching the meetings live on Channel 8 or at c3gov.com/video.

Regular City Council meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month include public comment opportunities via Zoom. Study sessions on the second and fourth Mondays of each month will be broadcast on Channel 8 and at c3gov.com/video.  No public comment is allowed at study sessions. 

The city council meeting agenda is posted on the Legistar website no later than 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting.
