Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, city council meetings and study sessions are being held remotely using the Zoom video conferencing app. Public comment and official city actions only take place during regular meetings, not special meetings or study sessions. 

This special meeting is a city council legislative discussion and will not include any actions or regular city council business.
