Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, city council meetings and study sessions are being held remotely using the Zoom video conferencing app. Public comment and official city actions only take place during regular meetings, not special meetings or study sessions.

This special meeting will consist of an executive session discussing the city attorney's annual evaluation, to be followed by a study session on the city's 2021 work plan.
