If you have household chemicals or other hazardous waste items to clear out (i.e. cleaners, weed killer/pesticides, rechargeable batteries, etc.), this event is your chance to dispose of them safely. On May 19 and 22 only, Veolia Environmental Services (9131 E. 96th Ave.) is waiving the normal $20 per vehicle fee and discounting the materials charge to only 92 cents per pound for residents.

Cash and credit cards accepted. Proof of residency required. No charge for paint and stains.
