City Council meetings are being held in a hybrid format with council, staff, and presenters appearing in person. Members of the public can view the study session remotely using the Zoom videoconferencing app or watch live on Channel 8 or at c3gov.com/video.

Public comment and official city actions occur only during Regular City Council Meetings (first and third Mondays of each month), while Study Sessions (second and fourth Mondays of each month) are meant for discussions, presentations, and developing policy positions. 

The city council meeting agenda is posted on the Legistar website no later than 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting.
