City Council meetings are being held in a hybrid format with meetings occurring in-person and featuring opportunities to view and comment remotely via Zoom. Members of the public are invited to attend and participate in citizen communication in-person or remotely. Register to comment live virtually via Zoom by noon on Nov. 21.
