Commerce City operates using a council-manager form of government, where the City Council establishes the vision and approves the budget, appointing a City Manager to serve as CEO of the organization and manage operations. Jason Rogers was appointed to the role of city manager last December and is now hosting a pair of town hall meetings to spend time with community members.

Join City Manager Rogers and members of city staff at one of the city’s recreation centers in August to share thoughts, discuss concerns, and ask questions about the how the city operates.
