This back-to-school season, Commerce City and Adams County are working together to educate residents about traffic safety, discuss your concerns, and inform the community about steps both agencies are taking. CCPD’s quarterly commander meetings in August are doubling as traffic safety summits in partnership with Adams County, and will also feature public works representatives from both agencies talking about traffic calming measures and safety tips.

A Southern Area Commander Meeting/Traffic Safety Summit is being held on Thursday, Aug. 24 • 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, 6060 Parkway Dr.
