Individuals will have the opportunity to re-set their cases and have warrants vacated; for those who are eligible, a portion of their total fines owed may be waived or a new payment plan may be arranged to get cases back on track. There will also be the opportunity to inquire about sealing records (other than traffic). Many cases can be resolved and closed. Outstanding restitution cases are ineligible.

Additionally, there will be a resource fair from 9 a.m. to noon in the lobby of the Civic Center. Take advantage before or after you appear for Fresh Start Days.
