We invite you to share feedback about how infrastructure for new development should be funded in Commerce City and to what extent the city should be involved. The focus of this meeting pertains to the special districts found within the city, primarily metro districts and general improvement districts. Special districts are limited purpose local governments, separate from the city and county. They provide focused public services including roads, fire protection, sewers, water supply, sanitation, and libraries.
