The Commerce City Police Department is teaming up with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) to keep unused medications out of the wrong hands and out of the environment. Get rid of your expired/unused over-the-counter and prescription medications safely and for free at the King Soopers at 104th Avenue and Chambers Rd. in Commerce City. The event takes place on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you can’t make the event, you can always drop off medications in the permanent kiosk inside the Commerce City Civic Center (7887 E. 60th Ave.) anytime during regular business hours.
