Commerce City is in the process of updating the Land Development Code (LDC). The LDC is the document that governs zoning, land use, site layout, and architectural design for all development in Commerce City.

The City’s Community Development Staff and consultants, Kendig Keast Collaborative, will be hosting a public meeting on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 in the Council Chambers at the Commerce City Civic Center. This meeting will be an opportunity for the public to learn about the proposed LDC.

Kendig Keast Collaborative will present the LDC, and collect feedback from the community on important aspects of the code. After the presentation, City staff and the consultants will be available to discuss the LDC update project and answer any questions.
