Commerce City’s Land Development Code is designed to promote health, safety and the general public welfare. Join us on May 15, for an open house at Bison Ridge Recreation Center.

The Land Development Code (LDC) changes over time as City Council adopts and revises ordinances, and the city is now starting a process to review and update the entire LDC to make sure it includes the most current planning and design practices. Updating the LDC will also improve processes for builders and homeowners going forward, and we will be asking for your feedback throughout the process in the coming months.
