Commerce City's Public Works is planning to widen Chambers Road between E. 105th (entrance to Reunion Marketplace) and E. 116th avenues to improve capacity and enhance driving, biking, and pedestrian safety. The project is currently in the design phase, with community engagement planned for the spring and summer of 2025. A construction timeline for the improvements has not yet been finalized. 

The first public meeting for property owners, neighbors, and interested community members along the Chambers Road corridor is set for Thursday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m. at Bison Ridge Recreation Center, 13905 E. 112th Ave. The project team will be available to explain elements of the planned project and answer questions about the design effort.
