Join the Community Well-Being Division for their Resource Round-Up series this month to meet the Community Well-Being team and learn about the different services their navigators offer. Enjoy light refreshments while learning about available resources and getting your questions answered.

This month, meet with Adams County to learn about Benefits Assistance Programs, will provide information on various resources to residents of Adams County, as well as information on the Public Assistance Programs (SNAP, Medicaid, and the Cash Programs) that one can apply for. 

The Community Engagement & Presence Team will provide information on various resources to residents of Adams County as well as information on the Public Assistance Programs (SNAP, Medicaid, and the Cash Programs) that one can apply for. Basic information on the other programs will also be shared. Spanish interpretation is available!
