The planning commission meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m.

Most Planning Commission meetings are currently being held in-person with the public invited to attend at the Civic Center. Regular Meetings also include a virtual option to attend and comment via Zoom.

Advance registration is required to participate in the live Zoom meeting (using a laptop, tablet or phone). The deadline to register to speak is noon on the date of the meeting. View Live Zoom/Hybrid Participation/Comment guidelines at c3gov.com/Meetings.
